• Dogs have access to both indoor and outside areas during the daytime, but are restricted for safety reasons and the comfort of all dogs to the sleeping area at night

We invest the time in getting to know your dog!

We encourage owners to tell us as much about their dog as possible – this allows us to tailor your dog’s care to their requirements. For example, let us know if your dog has any medical problems and requires medication; if they have any fears (storm etc); love to play with other dogs or are shy etc. The more we know, the more we can make your dog’s stay enjoyable for them.

Emphasis on premium brand food, hygiene and safety

We use premium brand food and the freshest produce, which is prepared in a separate Kitchen Area complete with stainless steel fittings and refrigeration. We know that if dogs are fed a healthy, balanced diet, they are generally happier! Our kitchen facility is cleaned and maintained twice a day.
Each dog kennel building has interconnecting communication with the Office. If there is any problem or one of our dogs falls ill, we act quickly.

24 hours access to Veterinary Care

We are located not far from a Veterinary Hospital and we have 24 access to veterinary care. If your dog needs veterinary care, we will firstly try to contact your own Vet. If they are not available, we have a local Veterinary clinic close by. You have complete confidence leaving your dog with us….we will look after it as though it was our own.
If your dog requires medication, please bring this along. We are happy to administer this for you at no charge.

Dedicated dog grooming and wash area

We also have a dedicated grooming and wash area featuring stainless steel grooming tub and hydrobath facilities.
